During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If delays occur, we appreciate your patience.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
We currently offer flat rate shipping on all orders.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before your order is placed. Please review your shipping address carefully, as we are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been submitted.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and begin once your order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Baomielle is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at purchase.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Baomielle is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. You are also welcome to contact us and we will do our best to assist.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International availability, shipping rates, duties, taxes, and import fees vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@baomielle.com within 7 days of delivery.
